KUNG-FU MELTDOWN

Written between the years 1974 and 1977, shot in 1978, and released in 1981, this clunker of a comedy boasts crazy, uncensored comedy sketches but only manages to turkey up theater screens everywhere. Peter Aykroyd seems perplexed as to why he is stooping so low, besides this (allegedly) being his first movie. Features a sketch parodying Yolanda Bowsley, the woman who lost her top on The Price is Right in 1977, but like most of the sketches in this movie it's merely an excuse to show naked female breasts, and I hate that.

Rex Reed's full unellipsised quote:

"The commercials claim it's "Saturday Night Live" without the censors... I think it's more like Friday's without the censors!"
